1.PSO1Learn about the issues of food safety and quality in the production, handling, processing and trade of food.
2.PSO2Develop the technical skills to ensure food safety and quality throughout the food processing chain.
3.PSO3Learn how to ensure food safety and quality in accordance with legal requirements and quality standards.
4.PSO4Learn how to design and implement systems such as Good Hygienic practices (GHP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
5.PSO5Be able to perform standard microbiological and chemical analysis on food products.
6.PSO6Gain the knowledge to become entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial managers in the food industry.
