Flower: Flowers tiny, clustered together in brightyellow, round head. Calyx: Calyx made up of 4 to 5 sepals. Corolla: Corolla made up of 4 or 5 petals. Fruit: A lomentum, pods linear-oblong, glaucousgreen, jointed, joints nearly orbicular, compressed, minutely hairy. Seeds: Non-endospermic, brownish-black, oblong, compressed, smooth, glabrous.
Flowering and Fruiting	July - December.
